General
  1. How many loyalty numbers can I add to my account?
    • You can add multiple loyalty numbers to your account. You will decide when you are ready to redeem which program you want to earn points in.
  2. Can I redeem Loyalty Rewards Points for merchandise at this website?
    • No. At this time you can only redeem at United Airlines and for cashback.Check back as more redemption options will be added.
  3. I am trying to go shopping and it says that I must have cookies enabled, what does this mean? What do I do?
    • Cookies must be enabled in your web browser to receive Loyalty Rewards Points while shopping at many of our merchants. Please check your browser Help section for more information on how to enable cookies.
  4. Why are cookies required?
    • Cookies are necessary for us to be able to track purchases in order to credit Points to your account. This tracking function is performed using cookies both from The DataBase Group's (DBG), affiliate networks and from many of the merchants in the ShopMyWay Mall. Though the ShopMyWay Mall does not require a cookie to access the web site, merchant and network cookies are required in order to successfully shop and receive Loyalty Rewards Points earned. This is the only way you can earn points.
  5. Can I go shopping and give my Loyalty Rewards Points to someone else?
    • Not at this time. The name provided must be the same name that is on the Loyalty Rewards account.
  6. Do I need to keep the order number I receive from the merchant?
    • Yes. Order information you receive from a merchant is reported back to the ShopMyWay Mall in order to award points earned. If you have questions regarding your Points earned from a merchant, please use the automated customer service tools located on the left side of the home page.
  7. Do I need to mail anything in?
    • No. After the purchase is made the merchant will report back to the ShopMyWay Mall the information required to post Points.
  8. What happened to the merchant I was shopping at last week?
    • The ShopMyWay Mall is continually trying to find the best merchants for members to shop with. From time to time the available merchants may change. If there is a particular merchant that you would like to Shop with, please contact us with your comments at support@mrewards.shopmyway.com
  9. What browsers are required by ShopMyWay Mall website?
    • Any modern, standards compliant browser will work. The browser must be able to support frames, JavaScript, cookies and Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL).
  10. How do I determine which browser I am using?
    • From your browser, go the Help menu and choose "About...". A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.
  11. How do I upgrade to another browser?
Shopping
  1. How do returns, exchanges and/or backorders affect the Points earned for the purchase?
    • If any part of a qualifying order is returned to the merchant, your points for that transaction may be reduced or removed from your account. Please check each merchant's policy for returns.
  2. Can I earn Points for shopping at a merchant that I don't see on this website?
    • No. You must click through a valid link from the ShopMyWay Mall website and transact with one of the participating merchants to earn Points.
  3. I shopped and made a purchase directly with a merchant that is on the ShopMyWay Mall website, but did not click through from the mall. Can I earn points for my purchase even though I did not click through the website?
    • No. You must click through the links on the ShopMyWay Mall to earn points.
Earning Points
  1. How do I earn Points from merchants through the ShopMyWay Mall?
    • You must click through a valid Shop Now link from the merchant's page on the ShopMyWay Mall website to earn points for your purchases. You will be required to provide your Loyalty Reward program number and your name as it appears on your account prior to leaving the mall website to earn points.
  2. Do I need a loyalty program account to go shopping and earn points?
    • No. You can create an entirely new account by registering on the site. To use your points at United Airlines you must have an account with United.
  3. Do I need to create an account with ShopMyWay to go shopping and earn points?
    • No. You do not need to create an account with ShopMyWay. You can simply enter your program number from any loyalty program.
  4. How are Points calculated that are earned while using the ShopMyWay Mall?
    • Points are calculated on the net amount of eligible purchases. Taxes, special handling charges, returns, freight or shipping costs and any unshipped products are not included in the point calculation. Individual merchants determine eligible purchases. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each merchant for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn points.
  5. After I make a purchase from a ShopMyWay Mall merchant, when will the Points be credited to my account?
    • Your Points will be posted to your account within 60 days. Some exceptions do apply. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each merchant for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn points.
  6. If I am just browsing and don't make a purchase, can I go back directly to the merchant at a later date and receive Points?
    • No. You must return to the ShopMyWay Mall website and click through the link(s) for that specific merchant(s) to earn Points.
  7. How long will it take for my Points to become available?
    • Points will be posted to your account within 60 days. Some exceptions do apply.Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each merchant for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn points.
  8. Is there a limit to the number of points that I can earn through the ShopMyWay Mall?
    • No. The more you shop - the more you can earn! As a reminder, you cannot earn Points for taxes, special handling charges, freight or shipping costs, and any unshipped or returned products. Please reference the terms and conditions and/or exclusions for each merchant for complete information on what purchases are eligible to earn points.
